Jeff began his career in real estate 40 years ago in Tucson, Arizona. He gained much experience and success in the commercial real estate field while working in the major markets of Tucson, El Paso, Phoenix and Sacramento. However, 22 years ago Jeff decided to return to his hometown of Iowa City, Iowa, and has specialized in leasing and selling commercial properties ever since.
Jeff’s scope of service is wide and deep. His assignments range from simple one-office spaces to a multimillion-dollar landmark office building in Sacramento, California. He approaches each of these tasks as a challenge, and consistently looks forward to applying his value-added approach to ensure high-quality service for every client.
